Most decisions come from head office and head office gets their memo from the parent company. Everyone is working to not lose their job instead of working to make the company better.

The company rarely hits plan and they have a high turnover. Terrible management, constant micromanaging, benefits are awful and they treat you awful if you have to take any type of leave (maternity/STD/FMLA).
