The company rarely hits plan and they have a high turnover. Terrible management, constant micromanaging, benefits are awful and they treat you awful if you have to take any type of leave (maternity/STD/FMLA).

Current Employee2.1Apr 8, 2025Not ideal. Favoritism exists for certain groups of people and management has absolutely no clue about direction and how to create a healthy and positive work culture. Most decisions come from head office and head office gets their memo from the parent company. Everyone is working to not lose their job instead of working to make the company better.
