A lot of people don't find success at Multiview as they're not willing to put in the work. If you work hard, you can make a lot of money. However, there are lot's of politics and internal affairs that make it difficult to want to stay for the long haul. Base pay is peanuts but very good commission and bonus structure.

Good for first time experience, wouldn’t stay longer than needed. Hires lots of people out of college.
