Overall the experience was negative. During Covid the environment was work from home, sales numbers were reasonable, and the company had their best year ever in sales. Horrible hustle culture with massive hiring classes, massive turnover, and revoking work from home privileges cited the CEOs goal of protecting the culture that had been cultivated. A majority of SMCs will make a few sales, quit, and feed those accounts to directors.

Company offers uncapped commission, however successful reps have a minimum of 8 years in tenure and leadership is terrible

Not ideal. Favoritism exists for certain groups of people and management has absolutely no clue about direction and how to create a healthy and positive work culture. Most decisions come from head office and head office gets their memo from the parent company. Everyone is working to not lose their job instead of working to make the company better.
