Current Employee Not good this is a call center. You don’t have the same rights as actual Accenture employees. If you get clipped from a contract, you have 30 days to find a new one or you’re laid off. If you’re on the Accenture strategy side they give you six months it’s completely unfair. There’s no potential for raises or promotions. There are people that have been here for 10 years with no raise or promotion.
