MarketStar was ok until they fired me lol but I enjoyed my time there

Great company and culture. I'd love to stay but there are not a lot of opportunities to move up in the org. 15 internal applicants for one manager role. They try to do initiatives for learning, training, etc. but it's hard to actually advance in role or compensation.
