Current Employee Top reps in years past that were at or above quota made a very comfortable income. The compensation structure, territory alignment, and quotas were restructured for 2025, making it almost unattainable to be as profitable as the previous comp plans. There’s been 2 CEO changes in 2 years, lots of uncertainty, and the C Level Execs have made many questionable decisions that have led to the salesforce having sentiments of mistrust and low morale. The company has a lot of great things, but the focus on recapturing lost revenue for the company has had them lose sight of taking care of their people. A once very incentivizing comp plan now has caveats and certain buckets that have to be hit to make it where you can even be at plan to make your OTE. Unfortunately this has caused a mass exodus of some of their best and tenured salespeople.
