Current Employee Nextpoint is an exciting place to work for a Sales Representative as the company has continually been growing and the opportunity in the eDiscovery field in general has exploded since the pandemic. You need to be goal-oriented with a growth mindset to succeed, but you can really see the impact that you have on the bottom line of the business. You need to be able to continue to ask questions and develop by leveraging the talent around you in the organization to fully relay the value of what the product and services offerings can bring to clients.
