What does their comp package look like for SDR's? Is it base salary, incentive range, equity, health benefits, and stipend? Also, do they pay for wellness/phone/internet?

More QuestionsAre you typically working a regular 8-5 schedule or is there a ton of extra time that you need to put in?There seems to be a lot of inbound interest. Are SDRs working some of those inbound leads, or is the team meanly outbound? What else can you share about the SDR team structure? Is there separation by territories or segments?
