What is a reasonable to expect starting salary for SDR's? The salaries tab says $80k base and $120k OTE but that seems crazy for an SDR.

Are SDRs working some of those inbound leads, or is the team meanly outbound? What else can you share about the SDR team structure? Is there separation by territories or segments?
