Current Employee they've been hiring a ton of SDRs and have a very limited TAM so the biggest challenge is having enough to work with in order to hit quota-- gone are the days when every SDR is hitting quota and making lots of money
some growing pains that i'm hopeful will iron out but for new reps coming in, be ready to work harder than you ever have and struggle to meet quota for a while - make sure you're comfortable on the base salary for a while
