Its amazing! The only thing is the incentives with bonus structure for the SDRs aren't substantial even though there is uncapped commission. With the TAM that Nooks has, it is increasingly getting harder for SDRs to books meetings with an already high quota, and the incentive could be greater. Getting good accounts is becoming harder and harder for SDRs.

Great place with a supportive team. almost everyone on the SDR team is hitting quota. Does take a lot of work looking for accounts, esp in the MM sector, but actually booking meetings is easier than other orgs I've been in
