Individual companies were good but have become worse when joined as Norstella. Sales leadership is not good, with palpable desperation. Compensation structure changed for the worse- difficult to know how much money you were going to make on a deal based on multiple gates and levers that you have to jump through. Value of products is destroyed due to leadership willingness to slash price at EOM/EOQ by 50%+

Excellent company with a growth mentality. A few commercial leaders that chose to lead with emotional rather than rationale or logic, but overall great place to work and grow with!
