Overall good product , compensation and culture are lacking. Opportunities to sell come often enough but to get a decent check you have to never stop working . Clients have the ability to cancel deals, when they happens it goes against your next month’s commission.

Overall it’s a lacking company that seems to wanna keep up with royal but just can’t. Royal is the leader in this industry that is ultimately slowing down due to the economy.
