Working at this NOVA offered strong opportunities for career growth and uncapped commission potential, which were definite highlights. Day-to-day interactions with clients and providing quality occupational health services were genuinely rewarding and enjoyable. However, challenges stemmed from poor leadership, unrealistic quotas, lack of transparency, and minimal support, which often made it difficult to achieve consistent success. Despite this, the client-focused work remained a bright spot throughout my experience.

My overall experience was just okay. Its a pretty relaxed environment but the opportunity to grow your book of business is totally dependent on the territory you are given from the start.
