Former Employee I entered the company at a time where they were merging many companies and felt the pains of that my entire 3 years. It seemed there was poor management decision after poor management decision causing the best internal people to leave. Which caused many customers to leave as well. Decisions were made with seemingly little context of information from the end customer and customer support teams on the ground
