Terrible management, terrible benefit to prospects. Plenty of other competitors with no clear reason to not seek out alternatives. Only big selling point that prospects are interested in is not an actual benefit that is sold by this company.

So far my experience hasn’t been great in the specific department of OVG that I work in. The leadership lacks direction and suffers poor results as they focus more on the outcome rather then the processes that create the outcomes. Little training or sales infrastructure compared to the other companies Ive worked for.
