The targets are unrealistic and quota distribution across the organization was not well distributed.. some AEs were asked to increase base business by 60% while others were asked to meet quota at under 10% increase in base. Good products, but some operational issues. Good work/life balance. Leadership is a bit disorganized but we are standing up new systems so this should smooth out in the near term. Owned by PE so very focused on results.
