Former Employee Significant headwinds due to the VMware-Broadcom long tail acquisition period then the spin-out from Broadcom. Primary competitors took advantage of that long period of uncertainty to develop longterm strategies and plans with their customers and Omnissa customers. Due to these market dynamics, net new customer acquisition has been sidelined and all effort focused on defending and expanding current customer contracts. Reaching the multi-$M quota is highly dependent on your territory assignment and the renewal cycles therein. Short runway for success being tolerated.
