Equity firm owned and views each employee as a financial number and easily replaceable. What is left of the original leadership team is running scared after only 11 months following divestment from parent company. Customers are content but question the future of the product and leadership team. Overall moral is quite the opposite of the once amazing VMware culture. Caveat Emptor!

Was a much better organization when they were VMW. The EUC/VDI space has been significantly impacted with O365, SaaS and Web native apps.
