Private Equity is pushing people out to drive the cost of sales way down. The quotas in most territories is unattainable due to customer churn and no real innovation. Less than 20% even getting close to quota.

The targets are unrealistic and quota distribution across the organization was not well distributed.. some AEs were asked to increase base business by 60% while others were asked to meet quota at under 10% increase in base.
