Many talented people. Compensation payout structure doesn't align to on target earnings. No personal development.

Extremely poor overall experience. Extreme pressure from PE and leadership. You only make money if you’re a part of the leadership team, otherwise they have stripped all individual contributors of their liberties and compensation is the bare minimum. Deals were stolen from me due to nepotism. You will see the nepotism runs deep and very out in the open here.
