Command & control leadership model. Execs have almost no interaction with line staff especially sales. Want to communicate with coworker on another team, ask your mgr for permission. Execs don't set a direction. Execs don't understand the marketplace they sell to. Execs never ask for feedback. When you provide it, they don't take action.
