Overall product is ok with a large amount of competition in the loyalty sector. Support for customers is an absolute "zero." Be ready for a weekly "commits" which is entirely unrealistic. You will also be asked to bring in 36k MRR in new pipeline per quarter, which is 5x of quota because the average close rate is 15%. Be prepared to be let go within a year if your...Read More
