Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. This was a while ago, so the company has grown a lot since then. However, some thoughts are below.
You’re right that Perfect Venue is a fast-moving startup where we regularly test new strategies and approaches. The ability to pivot and iterate quickly is part of our culture, and we value team members who thrive in that kind of environment. We recognize that these rapid changes can sometimes feel uneven, and we’ve been working to provide more structure and communication around shifts in direction so that everyone feels supported and informed.
We want to be clear that employee safety and well-being are non-negotiable priorities. Nothing about working here should ever be “life-threatening,” and we have strict policies, health safeguards, and escalation paths to ensure a safe workplace. We also take issue with the idea that changes are “poorly thought out.” Every adjustment we make is guided by data, customer feedback, and collaboration across departments, though we acknowledge that not every decision lands perfectly the first time.
We know that change can be challenging, and we don’t shy away from feedback that helps us improve. Our goal is to continue refining how we communicate and execute those changes so our team can focus on what they do best - building great experiences for our customers.
