Former Employee This is a start up that's still finding their footing. My rating is based on how unprofessional everything is, from management, to product, to unrealistic goals. Great product in theory, but there are still lots of issues. High salary to attract talented sales reps, but very difficult to make commission. Sales cycle 12-18 months and the investors are impatient so the founders let sales people go for lack of performance.
