High earning potential if you’re an extreme outlier. Cold calling all day, I’ve made over 10,000 calls in 4 weeks. Leads suck and are shared between all lower level reps.

Good role for an aspiring BDR/SDR, however extremly toxic enviroment with very little morals as there is no HR to be seen. Once kicking off your sales career and learning to be a unit on the phone while developing a strong work ethic id say that you get all the value you need within 6-8 months.
