My overall experience was not that great. Lack of leadership and lack of incentive to earn the goal. The goal increased year-over-year by 40%! Even if you hit your goal, you were not going to the next year. They also didn't give you your comp. plan until February or March, after the start of the fiscal year. The plan is based on a fiscal year of December to November.
