My overall experience was positive. Strong collaborative culture with good base and benefits. The overall compensation structure did not prioritize or incentivize variable compensation and overachievement. The product fit was good but the pricing was not sensitive to the competitive landscape. Prospects and former clients provided consistent feedback about the pricing discrepancies from our competition but the exec team would not address.
