Randstad Digital is undergoing major shifts in leadership. A wave of executives from Infosys and Cognizant are the driving factor behind RD ignoring their core compentency in staffing in favor of becoming service line sellers like Cognizant. Except they have not implemented any strategies to refocus and reskill the teams. At its core, RD is a business that doesn't know what it wants to define itself as and that oak of focus permeates from the C-suite down to the newest onboards.
