Former Employee My overall experience at Randstad was not that great. I would rate it below average. When I first came to Randstad the set up was great. We had our own team of IT solutions sales reps and that’s all we focused on. After about a year the company did a huge re org. Was never the same after that and opportunity was not nearly close to what it was either. The company to me was just very unorganized and didn’t know if it wanted to focus on staffing or selling solutions.
