Awful experience here. Quota is based off of activations from prospects. Our platform is free so when they purchase something through our platform it is an "activation." You get 1% of that purchase and 1% of any net new purchases and get lump sums awarded for meeting quota (30 activations a quarter). The US team is new and unexperienced and management in Europe is stuck in cold war era work harassment, does not pay timely expenses, and has the awful training. I DO NOT recommend working here as this is an experience that several of my fellow Sales Managers (Account Executives) are experiencing.

Avoid this organization. The leaders here have absolutely no idea what they are doing and the product is constantly failing. Customers are angry and you will be account executive, account manager, and SDR for a broken product.
