Current Employee Recast is very much a "throw you in the fire" type of environment. Out of four reps, only one hit quota in Q1 FY25, and there’s very little time or structure for professional development. Training is minimal, and you're expected to figure things out as you go. If you're looking for a place with strong mentorship and career growth, this might not be the right fit. However, if you thrive in high-pressure environments and are very self-sufficient, you might be able to carve out success here.
