Less than 10% of reps are actually hitting quota. Recent licensing change has made it incredibly difficult to compete with AWS and Valkey. People are jumping ship. Leadership is a joke, they think you are replaceable and fire you or put you in a magical PIP. It takes more resources to recruit and ramp a brand new rep than actually focus on building your teams correctly. VP has been reported multiple times by other reps to HR and is untouchable. Redis has turned to a “Boys Club.” Run away from this company!!

The management is not very happy with Reps being on accelerators, hence they updated the GAF mid year. The new management is focused on landing new logos and not much focus on serving customers. The Sales Ops, Finance and Deal desk team are aligned with sales goals and are extremely unhelpful.
