While I respect that Couchbase is a values-based work culture and led that way by the exec team, the opportunity is truly feast or famine and very much determined by the relative luck or lack therefore regarding territory and assignment of any healthy customer accounts. I am considering a sales role at Couchbase. I have noticed they have an open source version. What % of functionality available in the Enterprise version is also available for free? Also, how hard is to convert an open source customer?
