Redis around a 12-18 months ago went through a total leadership change in the GTM org. They replaced many existing sellers and leaders with ones who have a value selling & MEDDIC background. The changes made have been overwhelmingly positing. Improvements to our deal cycle process, our value selling approach, investments into partners, and the CS org have all taken place. It is a technology everyone knows in the market and the enterprise version of Redis is well differentiated against its competitors.

Strong leadership and really good place to learn playbook sales. The Total Addressable Market is large and the product plays a significant role in most company's tech stack. Hence, the brand is very well known. The main challenge is competition - which is the free version of Redis (Open Source)

Company continues to surge. Lots of momentum with new product releases and acquisitions!! Culture and leadership are great. GTM continues to improve execution.
