Redis has strong potential, but there are areas for improvement in leadership and product fit. Younger managers could benefit from more experience and training in people management. Additionally, competition from AWS and GCP presents significant challenges in the market, making it harder for sales reps. Addressing these issues would help Redis grow and retain top talent. Overall I would score the my direct managers a solid 2.5/10.
