The equity across teams/segments is done well. Commercial business is where the big deals are and where people are crushing quota, ENT has extremely low attainment.

I joined Redpanda’s COM team feeling optimistic, but it didn’t take long for the cracks to show. This is a great product in terms of the platform itself. Go to market is totally messed up, they hire people to spearhead the gtm who aren't from the industry and want to sell to enterprise but the leaders approach it very transactionally. There is very little outbound success despite talented SDR's and inbound is also sparse.
