Great product that has done really well over the past 12 years, however it is getting increasingly more difficult to sell in the same way and the product hasn't gotten better. Leadership keeps hiring more sales reps thinking it will help them make more $$. The culture feels extremely toxic.

Hard to make a sale. Very technical product and no help to learn for demos. You have to be from the industry to understand the product. If you don't like construction sales, don't come here. Comp plan got changed and we make less money and our goals went up. Culture though, it's amazing, best in class. People are excited to be here, but it is very very vey tough to...Read More
