How is being an account executive for Roller? I have never worked at a start up, I hear you all are about to get your series B funding. I work at a $10Billion company but I like what I see with Roller and I am interviewing. Little nervous about leaving such a big well rounded company for a start up

Your nervousness is for a good reason.  The company is strong. But lacks structure and management is not all on the same page. This has caused a lot of turnover in the past few years. Some reps are fine in this environment, maybe you.  Some are not. Trust your gut.

To answer your first question, from my point of view, being an account executive at ROLLER is amazing! The energy, dedication, drive and hard work of the team is incredible and has resulted in an industry-leading product in a relatively short space of time. The $50M investment from Insight Partners is further testimony to that and provides us with the assets to further cement our position in the industry. Of course, with such fast growth, there can be challenges and pain. I feel fully supported in my role and am truly excited to be part of this team and what we can achieve together. As I always say, the grass is greener where you water it, so if you're prepared to work hard, think on your feet, learn, find answers and have an entrepreneurial mindset then you'll have great possibilities at ROLLER.
