Lots of management change creating uncertainty. Tough job to be good at, but those who are get well rewarded financially. Very limited promotion opportunities, basically waiting for someone to leave before even having a chance.

Pros: - Good market to be in with a lot of demand. - 80% remote role. - Good work/life balance. Cons: - Below market rate for Enterprise role, both basic salary and OTE. - Slow moving organisation, everything takes a huge amount of time to accomplish. - Revolving door of sales leaders. - Tech is behind the curve.
