Current Employee Pros:
- Good market to be in with a lot of demand.
- 80% remote role.
- Good work/life balance.
Cons:
- Below market rate for Enterprise role, both basic salary and OTE.
- Slow moving organisation, everything takes a huge amount of time to accomplish.
- Revolving door of sales leaders.
- Tech is behind the curve. Platform is being updated but is still very basic compared to competitors.
- No training or real development in place, not a good place to start your career or learn.
- Lack of communication from leadership.
- Comms structure means you only make good money if you weight all your deals to one quarter.
