Current Employee Experience is very positive. Sales team is relatively very young, and therefore processes are not fully built out yet. But there is a ton of creative freedom in finding leads and building out your pipeline. Base is much higher than the average SDR role. Not a ton of feedback or oversight as the head honchos are all in Australia, but there's ample room for growth in this company. I would recommend it to a friend.
