Poor comp, 4 days in office. No quarterly team activities. Leadership at the top so disconnected from sales team, CEO wouldn’t say hello if she was in the office?!

Standard challenges of an early startup where organization and structure aren’t fully in place yet and the comp structure wasn’t clearly defined. Regardless of deal size, commission was provided at a flat rate comparable in value to the payout for a booked meeting as an SDR at a large SaaS company.
