Scaling company that overpays underperformers and underpays overperformers. Reps aren't held accountable for poor performance by leadership, and are allowed to "hang around" due to personal relationships they have with management. 10% of the team generates 80% of the monthly revenue, but aren't paid to reflect that contribution.

Overall experience was good. It’s a franchise management company that manages over 75 franchises in the home service industry. Things can seem a bit unorganized because this isn’t a very common business practice. Commission structures almost seem just made up and are inconsistent. Use of Google spreadsheets and formulas is overly excessive.
