Sunbelt has been a great company to work for but there is no teamwork. Sales is expected to be the “cure all” for all the operational issues. The central dispatch system “MLO” just puts orders in a line. No priority for long term customers just whoever’s “next”. It’s changed a lot in the last 2 years.
