Current Employee Sunbelt has been a great company to work for but there is no teamwork. Sales is expected to be the “cure all” for all the operational issues. The central dispatch system “MLO” just puts orders in a line. No priority for long term customers just whoever’s “next”. It’s changed a lot in the last 2 years. Commissions and territories getting smaller. Management doesn’t hit “budget” the entire year you are told we didn’t do well because we didn’t hit budget but we actually grew year over year and the ROI is amazing. If you asked me my first 4 years I would highly recommend Sunbelt but since 2021 it’s been a lot different
