Sunder is by far the best sales org I’ve worked with in the solar industry. It’s very rare for solar companies to offer leads so that why I put one star on leads. Overall, they pay above what most companies pay and they treat their sales teams super well. I’d recommend sunder to anyone.

Door to door commission only sales is tough when everyone in your market has been pitched solar 500 times and they’re just not interested

Inbound leads are not a thing; you will need to do your best to go out and self-generate leads via door-knocking or networking friends and family.
