Inbound leads are not a thing; you will need to do your best to go out and self-generate leads via door-knocking or networking friends and family. However, if you can cultivate the mindset necessary to push through the grind, you will be able to make a very large amount of money, as their is no cap on earnings, and it purely depends on your closing rate and number of deals closed.

D2D is hard work It is rewarding if you can build a pipleine and get them to install you are only paid fully on the install high cancel rate can be frustrating but you can bag 13k on one good install

Sunder is by far the best sales org I’ve worked with in the solar industry. It’s very rare for solar companies to offer leads so that why I put one star on leads. Overall, they pay above what most companies pay and they treat their sales teams super well. I’d recommend sunder to anyone.
