Not a great sales org to be a part of simply because the inbound lead flow is terrible and the product market fit is abysmal. SMB segment is thriving but hardly anyone in commercial or enterprise came close to quota. They REALLY need to find a value differentiator or they won't last.

Overall good company culture. Last year, many people hit quota. With changes in the economy as well as the onset of ChatGPT, Grammarly is struggling to find its place.
